Donald L. Tolliver
President, Chief Operating Officer, C.G.C.

As Chief Operating Officer and President, Don Tolliver has managed the overall company operations for Proctor Construction Company since 1981. A graduate of Southern Illinois University, he began his career with Proctor Construction Company as an estimator/project manager. During this time, he supervised the construction of projects ranging in size from $1,000,000 to $90,000,000. Today his efforts focus on the fundamental growth of the company with an eye toward the future though he continues to oversee each and every project.

Don's professional affiliations include Treasure Coast Builder's Association, Indian River Chamber of Commerce, and The Hundred Club. He is also an avid pilot and member of AOPA.
