Donald Proctor has been a Florida resident since 1951, has lived in Indian River County since 1972, and has played a positive part of the Treasure Coast’s commercial and residential expansions since founding Proctor Construction Company with his father, Ennis H. Proctor, in 1976. His project commitment is comprehensive; it begins with vision and foresight and finishes with post-occupancy satisfaction. As both a developer and contractor, he is familiar with all aspects of the construction industry and understands the true meaning of turn-key. Under his guidance, Proctor Construction Company has provided quality construction along the Treasure Coast. Donald is widely recognized as a benefactor of cultural events and youth sports, and broadly promotes general business related industries in Indian River County. He currently serves as director to a variety of local boards and charitable organizations. Notable positions include Honorary Trustee for the Environmental Learning Center as well as the Bank Board of PNC Financial Services.
 

Donald Tolliver has been a Florida resident since 1980 and has overseen the overall operations of Proctor Construction Company since 1984. He has supervised the company’s growth with success, ensuring that our standards of integrity, quality, and value are upheld consistently. Form high-profile cultural landmarks to medical facilities and educational institutions, Don’s expertise and exacting methods continue to produce outstanding projects and extremely satisfied clients. Today his efforts focus on the fundamental growth of the company with an eye toward the future though he continues to oversee each and every project. Don's professional affiliations include Treasure Coast Builder's Association, Indian River Chamber of Commerce, and The Hundred Club. He is also an avid pilot and member of AOPA.
